Theresa “Tammy” Yvonne Sayles passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 5, 2026, surrounded by loved ones at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. She was 61 years old. Tammy was born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania on Sept. 27, 1964. 

A graduate of Glen Burnie High School, she loved spending time with her niece, nephew and grandson. She had a knack for cooking and was known for her contagious sense of humor. 

Tammy was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Sayles Jr. and Patricia Sayles. She is survived by her great aunt, Tarron “Tiny” Allen; brother, Robert Sayles III.; daughter, Tamarron Burley; and grandson, La’Ron Gough.
