IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Sharod L.
Moore
August 4, 1974 – February 23, 2023
Sharod Lamont Moore, the son of Darlene Young and the late Sharod D. Moore, was born August 4, 1974 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on February 23, 2023. It's evident in everything he did, that Sharod loved his family and friends and they loved him even more.
Sharod received his education from Anne Arundel County Public Schools. He was a graduate of Glen Burnie High School in 1992, where he was an active member of their Drama Club. He later went on to attend Coppin State College. Sharod was a dedicated employee of Astound Broad for the past 7 years where he met many good friends.
In his free time, Sharod enjoyed music, dancing and going to various new restaurants. This was a time him to spend with his family, as they enjoyed eating out frequently. You could count on Sharod to be the best dressed on the scene, always into the latest fashion trends. He loved shopping for new clothes shoes and hats. Those who truly knew Sharod, knew he was also a thrill seeker and loved going to amusement parks. One of his most memorable trips is when he joined his brother Shawn and family on a trip to Cedar Point, in Ohio. There they road the world's tallest and fastest coasters. His favorite was Steel Vengeance. Shawn and Sharod had a special bond as brothers that could not be broken, and one of their many common interests was movies. They both wanted to be the first to see a new movie and loved going together on premier nights. Sharod will be loved, missed and remembered by all.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving mother Darlene C. Young, 1 brother Shawn Freshwater (Amy), 1 sister Chanaea Moore-Marshall (Tyese), 1 niece Kayla, devoted Grandmother Wilma Young, some special lifelong friends Markeishia, Ray and Alex along with many other Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
