Life Reflections

Kevin Troy Randall

Beloved son of Christine Randall-Scott and groomed by Benjamin Scott entered this world on November 29, 1960. He departed this life for his heavenly home on June 28, 2015.

Kevin received his education through Baltimore City Public Schools and graduated in 1981.Kevin also received his certificate from All-State in February 2012 for driving Estes tractor trailers as his final career. Due to the severity of his illness he could no longer hold that position. Kevin loved New York sport teams as well as the Baltimore Ravens.

Kevin gave his life to Jesus Christ during his middle age and studied under Reverend Frank M. Reid,III at Bethel A.M.E Church, where he met and ran across constantly his wife to be. He constantly ran into Shirley in hopes that she would just say okay to some time to get to know each other. We met in December of 1996 and married on October 26, 1997. During our time together Kevin learned to accept the newly found family. We found a new church home at Morning Star Baptist Church under the Leadership and Tutelage of Bishop Dwayne C. Debnam. He enjoyed family holiday dinners including people he met that were invited constantly so they would not be lonely, witnessing to people, being a chauffeur for others. He tried to revive that Working Spirit and found that he was no longer allowed to work it broke his heart even more, and he continued to drive for others.

Kevin was preceded in death by one special cousin, Tricia.

Kevin leaves to cherish and celebrate his life, Wife Shirley; Mother Christine Randall-Scott; three daughters, Shannon Randall,  Brenda Pierce (Corey) and Joan Leazer; three grandchildren, Martinique, Marquise, and Markis; one great granddaughter, Deza'Nique; one brother-in-law, Michael Bailey; one sister-in-laws, Margie Robinson and Marian Green; two Aunts, Patricia Robinson and Otelia Spivey; three nephews, Antoine Jenkins, Larry Green, Jr. and Michael Bailey, Jr.; five nieces, Tanisha Green, Tawanna Green, Asia Hollman, Ashley Bailey and Jewell Campbell;  four cousins, Valerie, Diane, Tammy and Lynette; special friends Tony , Derek and Will ; and a host of other family and friends

To all the neighbors in the 1100 block of N. Augusta Avenue that always looked out for Kevin in his time of illness. Thank You.
