IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Brodie Jackson
Flood, Jr
November 17, 1972 – November 25, 2024
Brodie Jackson Flood, Jr, 52, departed this life at St. Agnes Hospital on the morning of November 25, 2024, due to complications from Diabetes.
He was born November 17, 1972, to Brodie Jackson Flood, Sr, and Lillian Parker, spending his formative years in Pasadena, Maryland. While attending Northeast High School, Brodie played football and basketball. Afterwards, he enrolled in basic training at Fort Dix, New Jersey and spent a short time with the 400th Military Police Battalion. Through life, Brodie tried his hands at a few jobs and pursued his interests and love of learning whether it was through technical school or taking up accounting classes at the local college. You could always see Brodie with a new book or looking for another passage in the World Book Encyclopedia. He was an avid Baltimore Ravens and Alabama football supporter. Above all else, Brodie loved the Lord.
Just like learning, Brodie also had a love of teaching. He was a mentor to his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and siblings. All you had to do was say the word and he would squeeze in a game of chess for you. He loved being around his family, bringing lively conversation and life to any gathering, and was always the first one on the dance floor. He had a good eye for fashion, loved to thrift, and found ultimate joy in his Polo and classic shoe finds. Brodie was easily best dressed anywhere he was in attendance.
He was preceded in death by his mother Lillian Parker, grandmother Daisy Parker, and sisters Jaqueline Flood Williams and Raquel Parker.
Brodie leaves to cherish his memories, beloved father Brodie Sr and Stepmother Stephanie Flood (affectionately known as Ma), siblings and cousins: Charmaine Flood, Louicot Alexandre (Nasya), Seghye Stroud, Sekou Parker, Nicole Flood, Brian Flood (Mary), Serena Flood, Azania Parker, Veronica Dozier Johnson (Mikhail), Deborrah Sanchez, Amira Aganovic (Darren), Sara Aganovic (Alex). A host of nieces, nephews, and close friends also mourn the life of Brodie Jackson Flood Jr.
In lieu of flowers and cards, we the family ask that people donate to Helping Up Mission in Baltimore.
