Barbara Ann Orr Singleton, daughter of the late Edgar E. Orr and Georgia M. Orr, was born in Baltimore, MD. She peacefully entered her eternal home on October 25, 2023. She was raised in Cherry Hill and was the eldest of four sisters, affectionately known as the Orr girls. She devoted her life to her husband Benjamin, daughters, Lynnette and Malkia and grandchildren, Afua, and Kofi. Her love of family, education and the church was evident to all that knew her. Barbara leaves to cherish her memory: her husband of 59 years, Benjamin, devoted daughters, Lynnette Russell(Tedd) and Malkia Ofori-Agyekum (Kwesi); beloved grandchildren, Afua, Kofi and Theodore "Malik".
