Ann Rachel Mackall was the younger twin (Annette) born on February 28, 1945 to the late Joseph and Elise Mackall in Calvert County, Maryland.  She quietly departed this earth during the early morning hours on July 8, 2021, in her home.  Over the years, Ann's health deteriorated, but she persevered through each obstacle until the very end.

She leaves to mourn one daughter, Gail Mundell, six grandchildren Latricia Oliver, Toni Oliver, Tyesia Oliver, Tony Oliver, Shantil Harris, and Dexter Harris, and nineteen great grandchildren.  Ann left two brothers, Donald Mackall (Jane Mackall) of Odenton, MD, and Kenneth Mackall of Prince Frederick.  She was greeted at the pearly gates by her six sisters and five brothers.  Ann leaves a host of nieces and nephews.
