Andrew Cannon, Sr. aka Short Brown. Son of the Late Nathaniel H. Cannon, Sr. and Gladys (Betty) Abrams was born on May 6, 1947 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System.

Andrew was employed at BWI Airport as a porter. Andrew departed this life on September 25, 2015 from a lengthy illness. Andrew was a friend to everyone who knew him. He was a kind and loving father, friend and uncle who would do anything for you.

Andrew lived in an Assistant Living Facility under the leadership of Dominicque Camper, a loving and caring young man who took care of our uncle until he passed. Andrew attended Macedonia (Living Life A New Way) were he had many friends and he will truly be missed.

Andrew was preceded in death by two (2) brothers, Nathaniel H. Cannon, Jr. and Melvin Smith; one (1) sister-in-law, Mary J. Cannon;  two (2) nephews, Gerald Moore and Gerald Sher and one (1) great-great nephew Justin M. Fields.

He leaves to cherish his memories, one (1) son, Andrew Cannon, Jr.; four (4) nieces, Patrice Anderson Cleveland (James), Annette Cannon Johnson, Reva Lyons (Tommy) and Kathy Cannon Bennick (Roger); four (4) nephews, Joseph Anderson, Ronald Jones (Angela), David Cannon (Vonda) and Gregory Keeling; thirteen (13) great nieces; seven (7) great nephews; fourteen (14) great-great nieces and nephews; one (1) care provider Dominicque Camper and a host of fiends and cousins.
