Althea Doretha Phillips (Missy) the daughter of Mary C. Colbert and the late Washington A. Hall Jr. passed away on April 26, 2019.  She is the mother of Frederick A. Simpson IV and Derrick L. Coates, both of Annapolis, MD.  She is the sister of Anita Harris, Vernita Harrison, Marvin Hall, Robert Hall, Joseph Hall, Kathryn Colbert, Richard Colbert, Michael Colbert, Rev. Jerry Colbert, Cheryl Colbert, and Tarry Morris.

There will be a viewing on Friday May 3, 2019 at 3:00pm – 7:00pm at the Walker's Life Memorial Center. Life Celebration Services will be held on Saturday May 4, 2019; wake 12:00 noon, with funeral following at 1:00pm at Asbury Broadneck UMC 657 Broadneck Road, Annapolis, MD 21409.
